Majestic Gold Delivers $52.7M Revenue In First Half Despite Suspension

Majestic Gold Corp. generated $52.7 million in revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026, marking a 23.2% increase over the $42.7 million recorded in the comparative period of fiscal 2025.
Gross profit from mining operations rose 44% to $31.8 million, up from $22.1 million previously. Net income for the six-month period reached $12.6 million, representing a 25.5% increase compared to $10.1 million in the first half of 2025.
Operating performance was affected by a temporary Yantai-wide suspension of mining operations in February 2026 following an accident at an unrelated third-party mine. Operations resumed at the end of March 2026. Consequently, gold production for the six months decreased 24.3% to 12,027 ounces, compared with 15,879 ounces produced in the corresponding period of 2025.
Cash flow from operating activities reached $20.1 million, up 67.5% from $12 million. Majestic closed a non-brokered private placement on June 30, 2026, for gross proceeds of approximately C$49.2 million. At June 30, 2026, the company held cash and cash equivalents of $215.3 million and working capital of $167 million, compared with $167.1 million and $117.3 million respectively at the end of fiscal 2025.
The company engages in commercial gold production in eastern Shandong Province, China, operating mining activities anchored at its flagship Songjiagou Gold Mines. In August 2026, Majestic announced the proposed disposal of its indirect 52% interest in Yantai Mujin, which operates the Mujin Gold Project, for approximately US$25.9 million.
The board of directors declared a special cash dividend of C$0.0055 per common share, representing an aggregate distribution of approximately C$7.8 million. The dividend is payable on October 9, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 16, 2026.
