The record date for the special cash dividend of C$0.0055 per common share has been changed from September 16, 2026, to September 18, 2026.

Accordingly, the special cash dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 18, 2026. The payment date remains October 9, 2026.

All other terms of the special cash dividend remain unchanged.
