Mako Mining Corp. has filed an independent technical report supporting the mineral resource, mineral reserve and life of mine estimates for the Moss Mine in the Oatman Mining District of Mohave County, Arizona.

The filing formalises the mineral reserve estimate with an effective date of June 30, 2026, superseding the previous resource update filed earlier in the year. The technical report details proven and probable mineral reserves of 597,744 ounces of gold and 6.30 million ounces of silver contained within 56.8 million tonnes grading 0.327 grams per tonne gold and 3.45 grams per tonne silver. That figure compares with an earlier resource statement from December 18, 2025, which outlined measured and indicated resources of 646,000 ounces of gold at 0.35 grams per tonne and 6.8 million ounces of silver at 3.71 grams per tonne, reflecting the conversion of those resources into a defined 15-year mine plan backed by an after-tax NPV of US$254 million at a base-case gold price of US$3,500 per ounce.

Mako acquired the open-pit asset in March 2025 for an aggregate purchase price of US$6.49 million. The company fully recovered that acquisition cost by June 2025 using cash flow generated from residual leaching and environmental bond returns.

Within the surrounding district, Arizona Gold & Silver Inc. reported drill results at the Philadelphia project in August 2026, intersecting 21.79 metres grading 4.10 grams per tonne gold.

Beyond its operations in Arizona, Mako is advancing engineering, environmental and mine permitting activity for its 100%-owned, PEA-stage Eagle Mountain Project in Guyana.
