Manhattan Uranium Discovery Corp. has appointed Dennis W. Bartow II as Strategic Advisor to support the company's engagement with U.S. federal policymakers, agencies, and financing institutions.

Mr. Bartow is a critical minerals and national security specialist and founder, President, and CEO of strategic advisory firm Polemarchoi Inc. His background includes nearly three decades of service in uniform and senior Pentagon roles, such as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for African Affairs Policy and Director of the Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs.

He will assist Manhattan as it advances its portfolio of past-producing uranium mines across Utah, Colorado, and Nevada. The company holds 15 past-producing mines across 25 properties in the U.S. Uranium recently traded at US$87.15 per pound, representing an increase of 1.81% over a 30-day period.

Manhattan has granted Mr. Bartow incentive stock options to purchase 100,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.22 per share for a period of two years. The options vest over a six-month period and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
