Marmota Limited has expanded the Stage 3 reverse circulation drilling program at the Greenewood gold discovery within the Gawler Craton Gold Project in South Australia by 5,000 metres to a total of approximately 31,000 metres.

Marmota commenced its maiden drilling program at the Greenewood gold discovery within the Gawler Craton project in April 2026. The latest update increases the scope from the previous program update, which planned 26,000 metres of reverse circulation drilling, to roughly 31,000 metres.

The expanded campaign now encompasses 320 planned holes with an average downhole depth of 97 metres, up from 289 holes and an average depth of 90 metres reported in the previous update. As of the current announcement, Marmota has completed 26,000 metres of reverse circulation drilling across 289 holes, reflecting strong operational progress on site.

The majority of the additional 5,000 metres is being targeted in the Mainwood zone to the south. The program aims to identify a contiguous high-grade gold zone in the southern extension, grow the overall resource, and massively extend the mineralised gold strike to over two kilometres. A key objective of the increased drilling density and the inclusion of missing sections is to enable an indicated resource classification, which is necessary for an upcoming scoping study.

Drilling samples from the ongoing operations are already being transported to the laboratory for assaying. Marmota Limited expects the expanded ~31,000-metre reverse circulation drilling program at the Greenewood gold discovery within the Gawler Craton project to complete around 17 September 2026.
