MAX Power Mining Corp. has engaged Kyndryl Consult to deliver a comprehensive commercialization strategy and go-to-market plan for its proprietary AI-assisted MAXX LEMI platform for Natural Hydrogen exploration.

The nine-week engagement will include a detailed technology review, market sizing, competitive analysis across natural hydrogen and adjacent sectors, and business model design. The platform incorporates proprietary data generated through MAX Power’s exploration programs, including its ongoing commercial validation work at the Lawson Discovery within the Genesis project in south-central Saskatchewan, which hosts Canada’s first confirmed subsurface Natural Hydrogen system.

MAX Power previously reported a land package of 1.3 million permitted acres in February 2026, which has since expanded to 2.5 million acres (~1 million hectares) of permits across Saskatchewan. The company is also advancing a multi-well follow-up drill program designed to validate the commerciality of the Lawson Complex across an interpreted 28 square kilometre area along the 475-kilometre Genesis Trend.

“MAXX LEMI was born out of necessity. We needed a highly efficient way to find Natural Hydrogen deposits across an enormous land position, so we built one, and it has been earning its keep on our own ground ever since. What has changed is the quality of the proprietary exploration information now available to MAX Power. We hold proprietary drilling, core and seismic data from Canada’s first confirmed Natural Hydrogen system, layered onto one of the richest legacy subsurface archives in the world. Engaging Kyndryl is the logical next step: bringing in a global technology leader to determine, independently and rigorously, how best to bring this platform to market.”

— Ran Narayanasamy, MAX Power CEO

In addition to the technology advisory engagement, MAX Power has amended its investor marketing agreement with RazorPitch, Inc. to expand digital and news amplification services, bringing total cash consideration under the agreement to $150,000 USD. Any commercialization pathway for MAXX LEMI remains subject to further technical validation, internal review, regulatory considerations, financing, and future definitive agreements.
