Maxus Mining Expands Hurley West Antimony Project by 572 Hectares
Maxus Mining Inc. has expanded the Hurley West Block of its Hurley Antimony Project in British Columbia, Canada, by 572 hectares through low-cost map staking, bringing the total project footprint to approximately 5,004 hectares.
The new claims cover the historic Stibnite Prospect, situated about 3.7 kilometres west-northwest of Bralorne in the Bridge River Mining District. Historical work at the prospect identified stibnite-bearing quartz-calcite veins, with historical grab samples returning up to 16.9% antimony, 12.0 grams per tonne gold, and 97.4 grams per tonne silver.

“The expansion of the Hurley West Block represents an important addition to our land position in the historic Bridge River mining district. By acquiring the ground covering the Stibnite Prospect, we have added a historically explored antimony-gold target with grade that is contiguous with the Hurley Project. Historical work has identified multiple stibnite-bearing veins and returned significant antimony, gold and silver values, providing us with a strong foundation for further compilation and evaluation of the expanded Property.”
— Scott Walters, Chief Executive Officer
The transaction follows a previous expansion of the Hurley property in July 2025, when Maxus added approximately 2,431 hectares. The company intends to incorporate historical exploration data from the newly acquired claims into an ongoing geological compilation of the Hurley Project to identify prospective antimony-gold targets for future exploration.
Activity across the surrounding district has continued to draw attention, highlighted by reported drill results from the Bralorne Gold Project by Talisker Resources Ltd., which included an intercept of 111.00 grams per tonne gold over 0.60 metres.
The expanded land position and ongoing data compilation position Maxus to advance its regional exploration objectives across the Bridge River district.
