Mayfair Gold Corp. has completed its 2026 infrastructure condemnation drilling program, totaling 6,184 metres across 23 drill holes, while mapping over 95% of known outcrops across the North and South blocks of the Fenn-Gib project in Ontario.

The condemnation drilling program was designed to test proposed infrastructure locations identified in the 2026 Pre-Feasibility Study Technical Report. Results confirmed that the tested locations remain suitable for planned project infrastructure, indicating that no changes to the current site layout are required.

Assay results from the condemnation program included several notable intersections. Hole FGN26-033 returned 2.70 metres grading 2.84 g/t gold from 178.30 metres, including 1.30 metres grading 5.41 g/t gold. Hole FGN26-038 intersected 4.20 metres grading 1.58 g/t gold from 198.30 metres, including 1.50 metres grading 3.50 g/t gold. Additionally, hole FGN26-041a yielded 1.50 metres grading 3.64 g/t gold from 238.50 metres. True thicknesses for the condemnation drilling remain unknown.

Alongside the drilling, Mayfair Gold collected 127 grab samples for gold assay and multi-element geochemical analysis. The company is also building an integrated 3D geological model incorporating over 900 inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry assays and acid-based accounting data to support environmental baseline studies.

this season's work has strengthened our geological understanding of the North and South blocks and advanced priority targets on the South Block toward planned drilling in early 2027. Integrating our mapping, sampling and structural interpretation will help us refine these targets and focus the next phase of exploration. In parallel, we are developing an integrated geological and geochemical model at Fenn-Gib to better understand the deposit and guide exploration across the broader property. We are encouraged by the South Block's potential and look forward to testing the targets developed through this work.

— Adree DeLazzer, Vice President, Exploration

Mayfair Gold acquired the project at the end of 2020 and subsequently initiated regional exploration across the North and South blocks. The company appointed Desmond Tranquilla as Chief Projects Officer and Ruben Wallin as Senior Vice President of Sustainability in August 2026 to help guide the asset through approvals.

Looking ahead, Mayfair Gold plans to begin drilling priority targets on the South Block in early 2027. The company maintains broader targets to commence construction at Fenn-Gib in 2028 and achieve initial production in 2030, supported by an experienced project development team.
