Metal Hawk Limited is mobilising a reverse circulation drilling rig to the Leinster South Project in Western Australia’s Agnew-Lawlers region to test the high-grade Numbat lode down plunge and along strike.

The upcoming campaign will consist of up to ten reverse circulation holes designed to follow up recent high-grade results at the Thylacine prospect. The previous reverse circulation campaign at the site comprised ten holes for 1,153 metres.

The new drilling builds directly on hole 26LSRC077, which returned 9 metres at 12.3 grams per tonne of gold from 70 metres, including 5 metres at 20.7 grams per tonne from 72 metres. That intercept remains open at depth and along strike, marking the best result returned from the project to date.

Metal Hawk holds a 100% interest in the Leinster South Project. Following the reverse circulation program, a diamond drilling campaign has been scheduled to commence in November to test the Numbat lode at depth, supported by up to $175,000 in co-funding from the Western Australian Government's Exploration Incentive Scheme.
