Millennial Potash Intersects 80m of Potash Mineralization in BA-006 at Banio

Millennial Potash Corp. has completed drillhole BA-006 to a depth of 674m at the Banio Potash Project in Gabon, intersecting approximately 80m of cumulative potash mineralization within the evaporite-bearing Salt Sequence.
The hole was collared approximately 4km west of drillhole BA-001 as part of Phase 2 drilling, testing the westward extension of mineralization toward a newly acquired permit area closer to the coast and a planned deep-water port. Preliminary logging indicates the hole intersected six evaporite cycles, from Cycle V to Cycle X. Cycles IX and X had not been previously encountered at the project.
The earlier BA-002 extension drilling reached 552.5m and intersected cycles III to VI, whereas BA-006 extended deeper to 674m and remained open at depth from approximately 332m to the bottom.
Millennial holds an 80% interest in the Banio Potash Project through Equatorial Potash, with a direct path to acquire the remaining 20% upon completing a definitive feasibility study.
“Drillhole BA-006 was the first hole drilled near the newly acquired permit area closer to the coast, southwest of the previous drillholes. The drillhole has once again confirmed a significant section of interbedded carnallitite and halite including numerous thick carnallitite potash seams totalling approximately 80m of cumulative potash mineralization. This new drillhole significantly expands the known potash footprint to the southwest of the current Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”) area. This is a strategic area for the Company as it is closer to the coast and closer to the planned deep-water port site.”

Detailed core logging, downhole geophysical logging, and core preparation are ongoing, with samples bound for the Saskatchewan Research Council. The resulting data will feed into an updated Mineral Resource Estimate to support the definitive feasibility study, which remains on track for completion by the end of 2026. Millennial Potash is targeting a mining license application for the Banio Potash Project in early 2027.
