Minaurum Silver Inc. has appointed Fernando Robles Noriega as Operations Manager of the production-permitted Alamos Silver Project in southern Sonora, Mexico, and added Nicolas Figueroa Tapia to its Advisory Board.

Mr. Robles brings 22 years of underground mining and construction experience, most notably serving as Mine Superintendent at SilverCrest Metals' Las Chispas mine alongside Minaurum Senior Project Manager Ruben Molina. He has already begun working with the exploration team to incorporate mine-development considerations into ongoing operations at the flagship silver project.

Advisory Board appointee Mr. Figueroa brings more than 51 years of industry experience, including 40 years in senior mining operations with Industrias Peñoles, S.A. de C.V.

In connection with the appointments, Minaurum has granted 385,000 stock options exercisable at $0.40 per share for five years. The company also issued its first grant of 1,315,000 restricted share units to senior management, officers and key Mexican personnel, which will fully vest two years from the grant date.

Minaurum is advancing its Phase II 50,000-metre resource-expansion drilling program at the property and expects to complete an updated mineral resource estimate in the second half of 2026.
