Minco Closes €870,125 Financing to Lift Strategic Stake to 29.99% at Rapla

Minco Exploration PLC has closed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of €870,124.80, lifting its strategic investor's holding to approximately 29.99% and completing the full exercise of equity participation options to fund ongoing exploration at the Rapla Project in County Laois, Ireland.
The financing involved the issuance of 8,701,248 ordinary shares at €0.10 each, marking the final tranche of the strategic investor's previously announced equity participation options under an agreement dated 16 July 2025, which has now terminated in accordance with its terms. Following the placement, Minco has 131,982,102 ordinary shares issued and outstanding.
Minco will direct the proceeds toward advancing exploration and continuing follow-up drilling on high-grade mineralisation identified at Rapla, which previously returned intercepts including 16.5 metres grading 10.99% zinc, 3.12% lead, 1.39% copper, and 294 g/t silver from 576.5 metres in hole 3312-82. The project is located on-strike from the past-producing, high-grade Galmoy and Lisheen mines within the Rathdowney Trend.
"The completion of this final tranche reflects our Strategic Investor's continued confidence in the Rapla Project," stated John Kearney, Chairman, "This continued support allows Minco to maintain the pace of exploration at Rapla, and we look forward to building on the district-scale zinc-lead-copper-silver mineralisation identified to date."
Minco holds interests in four projects within the Irish Midlands Orefield operated independently or in joint venture with Boliden Tara Mines, including a 20% interest alongside Boliden's 80% stake in Licence 1440R at Tatestown, adjacent to the Tara zinc-lead mine at Navan.
Minco expects to release results from additional drilling at Rapla in the coming weeks.
