Mining Americas Inc. reported quarterly revenue of $32.6 million and earnings from mine operations of $13.2 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, driven by production from its Pan mine in White Pine County, Nevada.

The Pan mine produced 8,217 ounces of gold and sold 8,329 ounces during the period at an average realized price of $3,920 per ounce, resulting in adjusted net income of $6.5 million, or $0.06 per share, and adjusted EBITDA of $9.3 million.

In the latest period, cash costs reached $1,831 per ounce of gold sold, with all-in sustaining costs totaling $2,054 per ounce sold. Year-to-date gold production reached 16,951 ounces on sales of 17,463 ounces, with cash costs of $1,740 per ounce and AISC of $1,930 per ounce.

Operating performance was supported by a ramp-up in mining rates, with mined tonnage increasing from 51,800 tonnes per day at the start of the year to a June average exceeding 70,000 tonnes per day. Mining Americas remains on track to achieve its full-year 2026 guidance at the Pan mine of 32,000 to 38,000 ounces of gold production.

The company ended the quarter with $43.5 million in cash and cash equivalents and $106.3 million in working capital. Total available liquidity reached $73.5 million, including $30 million in undrawn capacity on the company's revolving credit facility.

“The Pan mine delivered another solid quarter of gold production. At the midpoint of the year, we are comfortably positioned approximately halfway through our annual production guidance of 32,000-38,000 ounces, below our guided cash cost range, and at the midpoint of guided AISC range.”

Mining Americas owns the Pan Operating Complex in Nevada, which comprises the producing Pan mine and the adjacent fully permitted Gold Rock project. The company expects to release an updated technical report on the Gold Rock project in the fourth quarter of 2026.

“We would also like to congratulate our Pan mine operating team for winning the Nevada Mining Association's Operator Safety Award for 2025 - an award the Pan mine has now won seven out of the past ten years.”

The operation's safety performance extends to five years without a lost-time injury, reinforcing the company's operational milestones alongside its ongoing project development pipeline.
