Mink Ventures Intersects Anomalous Copper at Warren and Outlines Upcoming Drill Catalysts
Mink Ventures Corporation has received assay results from its phase 2 diamond drill program at the Warren nickel, copper and cobalt property, located approximately 35 kilometres west of Timmins, Ontario.
The 477-metre program tested two airborne VTEM electromagnetic targets. Drilling intersected sulphide mineralization explaining the VTEM conductors at targets 2050A and 2050B, although no significant nickel or cobalt values were detected. Drill hole W26-20, which tested anomaly 2050A, returned anomalous copper mineralization in the interpreted target zone from 121 to 163 metres, including a 0.5-metre interval assaying 0.2% copper. Hole W26-19 was abandoned, while hole W26-21 returned no significant values.

Mink holds a 100% interest in the Warren property patents, having completed its option agreement with US Copper Corp in February 2025. In addition to Warren, the company holds the 104-square-kilometre Montcalm project near the former Montcalm Mine, which recorded historical production of 3.93 million tonnes grading 1.25% nickel, 0.67% copper and 0.051% cobalt. To expand its footprint, the company staked 47 new claims near the Warren project on August 19, 2026.
Exploration activities now shift to the recently optioned Rankin property. Mink plans to drill two holes totaling approximately 425 metres in early fall, subject to drill availability, to test two priority VTEM Maxwell Plate anomalies that feature high conductivity and a coincident gravity response. Following the Rankin program, a fully permitted phase 3 drill program comprising three holes totaling 550 metres is scheduled to begin this winter at Warren, targeting three VTEM anomalies located near historical drill hole ML1.
At the Montcalm project, an independent review of historical VTEM data recommended drilling one priority anomaly and reranked a previously planned 3D borehole induced polarization target to a secondary priority. Mink also plans to complete additional VTEM airborne surveys across its Montcalm holdings for further target generation.
Reflecting on the company's regional expansion and upcoming operational catalysts, Natasha Dixon, President & CEO, noted:
“We have assembled a significant (115 km 2 ) critical minerals exploration portfolio in the Timmins Nickel District, with multiple opportunities for new discoveries to be made in several environments. We look forward to testing these exciting Ni Cu Co targets in our upcoming drill programs this fall and winter”
Additional exploration work across the Timmins holdings will continue as drill targets are systematically evaluated through the remainder of the year.
