Minrex Resources Limited has transitioned from resource definition to maiden greenfield exploration drilling at the Tlamino Project in southern Serbia, while completing its infill drilling program at the Barje deposit.

The company completed 33 infill holes for 3,398 metres at Barje. The short duration of the infill program reflects the shallow, near-surface nature of the deposit, with holes averaging approximately 103 metres downhole.

Minrex acquired the Tlamino Project through its statutory plan of arrangement merger with Electrum Discovery Corp., which was completed on 10 April 2026.

Assay results for the next batch of infill holes, numbered BAR043 to BAR051, are expected imminently from ALS. Updated geological modelling has begun to prepare for the maiden JORC (2012) Mineral Resource Estimate, which remains scheduled for completion after those final assay results arrive.

Concurrently, Minrex has commenced its maiden greenfield drilling program at Tlamino, targeting structural extensions and the Barje-Liska corridor across approximately 6,604 metres in 33 holes. The greenfield program represents the first systematic test of the Tlamino system beyond the outcropping mineralisation that has been the focus of historical drilling.

Tenders for a scoping study are progressing, with contract awards targeted to enable the study to commence in October 2026.
