Miravalles Files Technical Report Covering 1,012 Hectares at Fairfield

Miravalles Gold Corp. has filed an independent National Instrument 43-101 technical report for the Fairfield Gold Project in Nayarit, Mexico, carrying an effective date of July 31, 2026.
The technical report details an expanded land position totaling 1,012.73 hectares across five mineral concessions in the municipalities of Compostela and Xalisco. This footprint represents an increase from the 712.7 hectares specified in the initial letter of intent. The project encompasses four principal gold-silver vein systems—Miravalles/Huichapa, San Francisco, Tres Estrella and Constancia—alongside historical underground development completed by ASARCO between 1926 and 1936.
Under the terms of its April 29, 2026, definitive agreement, Miravalles holds the right to acquire a 100% interest in the project through aggregate cash payments of US$675,000 and the issuance of 5,150,000 common shares over a four-year period, subject to a 2.5% net smelter returns royalty.
“Filing the independent technical report is an important step in advancing our understanding of Fairfield and establishing a disciplined path forward,” commented Keith Anderson, President/CEO of Miravalles. “The Project combines a substantial land position, a long history of gold-silver mining, multiple known vein systems, encouraging recent sampling and compelling follow-up targets. The recommended program provides a clear framework to systematically test the extensions of known mineralization and generate additional targets.” — Keith Anderson, President/CEO
Following the report filing, Miravalles plans to execute a Phase 1 exploration program estimated at C$1.0 million. The program incorporates airborne LiDAR and magnetic surveys, geological mapping, road and drill-pad preparation, and approximately 1,400 metres of diamond drilling. This work is designed to test the strike and down-dip extensions of the known vein systems and evaluate additional copper-gold porphyry-style targets.
Historical work at the property included five diamond drill holes totaling 603.8 metres completed in 2005 and 2006. Among them, historical drill hole DDH-3 intersected the Huichapa vein beneath the old Miravalles workings, yielding 3.4 metres true thickness grading 23.49 g/t gold and 64.13 g/t silver, alongside a 0.55-metre interval grading 12.15 g/t gold and 443 g/t silver. Additionally, 2026 rock grab sampling from mine dumps returned values up to 7.93 g/t gold and 66.8 g/t silver at San Francisco, and 7.51 g/t gold and 7.7 g/t silver at Miravalles. The company notes that these historical and selective sample results have not yet been independently verified.
