Moonlight Resources Ltd has commenced a focused four-hole diamond drilling programme at the Leo Grande Prospect, situated within the company's 100%-owned flagship Clermont Gold Project in Central Queensland.

The 500-metre programme follows the completion of the Phase 2 reverse circulation campaign and is designed to yield oriented diamond core. This material will help define the structural controls, geometry, and orientation of gold mineralization across more than one kilometre of strike along the Leo Grande Shear Zone.

Systematic exploration at Leo Grande builds upon a historical database of 70 drill holes, which was validated by an initial 14-hole reverse circulation campaign completed earlier in the year. The previous Phase 2 reverse circulation programme involved approximately 70 holes spanning 5,000 metres.

Fresh-rock core from the current diamond drilling will also supply material for metallurgical testwork to evaluate processing characteristics. Data generated across these workstreams will feed into ongoing geological modelling and support the preparation of a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for the prospect.
