Native Mineral Resources Delivers Record 1,080.5oz August Gold Outturn at Blackjack

Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited achieved a record monthly official gold outturn of 1,080.5oz for August 2026 at its Blackjack Gold Operations near Charters Towers, Queensland. The result marks the first time Native Mineral Resources has exceeded 1,000oz of official gold production in a single month since commencing production at Blackjack in July 2025.
The record monthly outturn was driven by a material strengthening in metallurgical and operating performance across the site. The Blackjack Processing Plant milled 28,104 dry tonnes during August, representing a 50.3% increase from the 18,699 tonnes milled in July.
Operating metrics showed widespread gains alongside the throughput increase. Mill utilisation rose to 94.7% from 65.4% in July, while mill availability reached 99.9%. Operational downtime fell sharply to 38.1 hours from 249.9 hours in the previous month, supported by the resolution of generator-related issues and the completion of scheduled maintenance.
Reconciled head grade climbed to a record 1.38g/t Au in August, up from 1.09g/t Au in July. The combination of higher throughput and elevated grades lifted reconciled gold recovered to a record 1,171.3oz, compared with 629.2oz in July. Mining operations at the project have involved structured extraction and pit development across both the Blackjack South Pit and Blackjack Mid Pit.
“August was a milestone month for NMR, with Blackjack achieving a record 1,080.5oz of official gold outturn, exceeding 1,000oz in a month for the first time since production commenced in July 2025.”
“The result was supported by a strong improvement in operating performance, with 28,104 tonnes milled, a record reconciled head grade of 1.38g/t Au and significantly improved plant utilisation.”

Native Mineral Resources has already commenced production for the new month, completing a gold smelt on 1 September 2026 that produced two doré bars with a combined weight of 403.8oz. Refinery assay and official outturn results remain pending for the BJM091 and BJM092 bars.
The regional district has also seen active development, highlighted when Sunshine Metals Limited reported an upgraded gold and silver Mineral Resource Estimate for the Liontown project totalling 7.27Mt at 3.19g/t AuEq for 745,000 ounces of recoverable gold equivalent.
