NMR Delivers 340.9oz Doré in Latest Blackjack Smelt as Mine Material Movement Tops 815kt

Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited produced two gold doré bars with a combined weight of 340.9 ounces from its latest smelt at the Blackjack Gold Operations near Charters Towers in Queensland, completed on 8 September 2026.
The pour comprised 278.6 ounces from elution bar BJM093 and 62.3 ounces from gravity bar BJM094, with official assay results pending. The milestone follows official assay results from the 1 September 2026 smelt, which confirmed 191.99 ounces of gold and 168.05 ounces of silver from bars BJM091 and BJM092. Those bars had a combined official received weight of 400.9 ounces and yielded a combined gold assay of 47.89%, with bar BJM092 returning a gold assay of 62.44%.
Mining activities across the Blackjack Mid Pit and Podosky open pits have advanced significantly, with approximately 815,000 tonnes of material moved across both areas since April and May 2026. At Blackjack Mid Pit, operations have reached 14 completed blasts and approximately 459,000 tonnes of material movement since April 2026, with another four blasts scheduled. Podosky has recorded 12 completed blasts and approximately 356,000 tonnes of material movement since May 2026, with a further eight blasts scheduled.
“The latest smelt continues the strong production momentum established at Blackjack following our record gold production result in August. Importantly, we continue to make good progress across our mining areas, with approximately 815,000 tonnes of material now moved from Mid Pit and Podosky since April and May.” — Blake Cannavo, Managing Director & CEO
The company’s strategy focuses on maintaining production while progressively developing additional ore sources, including Blackjack North Pit and the Stockholm Tenements, to utilise the processing plant. Drilling operations continue at the Blackjack North Pit to support geological assessment and future mine planning.
Exploration activities are also advancing across the Stockholm Tenements following the execution of a joint venture agreement with Citigold Corporation Limited announced on 3 September 2026, providing Native Mineral Resources with an exclusive licence to conduct exploration.
“At the same time, drilling is continuing at North Pit and exploration activities are progressing across the Stockholm Tenements, as we continue building our pipeline of future ore sources around the Blackjack processing plant.” — Blake Cannavo, Managing Director & CEO
Regional activity across the Charters Towers district includes development at Sunshine Metals Limited, which reported an upgraded Mineral Resource Estimate of 7.27Mt at 3.19g/t AuEq for its Liontown gold project on 14 July 2026.
