NeoTerrex Minerals Inc. has appointed Fayçal Salek as chief financial officer and Dale Burstall as corporate secretary, replacing retiring officer Vatche Tchakmakian.

Tchakmakian stepped down after serving in the roles since the company's inception. President and Chief Executive Officer Mathieu Stephens acknowledged his service and ongoing support during the transition.

Salek brings more than 20 years of experience as a chartered professional accountant advising public and growth-stage companies. His background includes managing audit and advisory engagements at regional accounting firm Petrie Raymond, serving as assistant director of professional inspection at the Quebec CPA Order, and operating an independent practice advising mining and mineral exploration companies. He obtained his CPA designation in 2004 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal.

Burstall, who is a director of NeoTerrex, assumes the corporate secretary role alongside Salek’s appointment as CFO.

Mr. Stephens added: “I am very pleased to welcome Fayçal as our new CFO. His extensive experience working with Canadian public companies, particularly in financial reporting, securities regulation and corporate governance, will be a valuable addition to NeoTerrex as we accelerate the advancement of the Company's portfolio of mineral exploration projects.”
