NevGold Appoints Dale Found As CFO And Appoints Bob McKnight VP Engineering Studies

NevGold Corp. has appointed Dale Found as Chief Financial Officer and transitioned current CFO Bob McKnight to Vice President Engineering Studies, effective immediately.
Found brings over 35 years of international mining finance experience, previously serving as CFO of Alta Copper Corp. His background includes senior roles at Nevada Copper Corp. and New Gold Inc., where he helped advance the New Afton Mine through construction and commercial production.
McKnight, a mining executive with 40 years of experience, now shifts his focus solely to the upcoming engineering study at the Limousine Butte project in Nevada. NevGold is advancing the project following its maiden mineral resource estimate and a 2026 drill program, with over 35 drill holes currently having assays pending.
“We have been diligently working on setting our organization up for success as we enter the next stage of project development after delivering on our robust, oxide gold-antimony Mineral Resource Estimate. The addition of Mr. Found is an important move as our organization progresses into more advanced stages of project development. The transition of Mr. McKnight to the VP Engineering Studies role is equally important as it allows his focus to be solely on the upcoming Engineering Study at Limo Butte.”
— Brandon Bonifacio, President & CEO
Alongside the executive changes, the company granted 400,000 stock options under its omnibus equity compensation plan, exercisable at $1.40 per share until September 3, 2031.
