New Break Hits 3.12 g/t Au Over 6.5 Metres at Moray
New Break Resources Ltd. received assay results from the final four holes of its summer drilling program at the Moray gold project in Ontario, returning highlights that include 3.12 g/t Au over 6.5 metres from hole NBR-26-31.
The summer campaign comprised 1,996 metres across ten drillholes in the Zavitz gold zone. New Break has completed 5,372 metres across 32 drillholes during 2026 as part of a planned 10,000-metre program.
The latest assays confirm that gold mineralization extends into the syenite to the southeast at the contact with mafic volcanics, supported by intercepts from drillholes NBR-26-29 and NBR-26-32. Hole NBR-26-29 returned 1.61 g/t gold over 10.8 metres from 162.5 metres. The Moray project is located 49 km southeast of Timmins and 32 km northwest of the Young-Davidson gold mine operated by Alamos Gold Inc.
New Break completed a maiden diamond drilling program at the project in 2025, comprising 1,502 metres across six initial drillholes that resulted in the discovery of the Zavitz gold zone.

New Break plans to complete the remainder of its 10,000-metre 2026 drilling program at the property and intends to conduct deeper drilling directly into the Zavitz gold zone.
