Newcore Gold Ltd. has appointed Ben Collins as Vice President, Projects, effective September 7, 2026, and promoted Mal Karwowska to Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations.

Collins brings over 15 years of mining industry experience spanning engineering, technical studies, and project development. He previously served as Director, Projects at Fuse Advisors and was part of the team that delivered the recent pre-feasibility study for Newcore’s Enchi Gold Project in Ghana, which Newcore is now advancing.

Karwowska, who joined Newcore in September 2020, has 18 years of industry experience focused on capital markets and corporate development.

Concurrently, Newcore granted 2,170,000 stock options, 2,215,000 restricted share units, and 450,000 performance share units. The stock options are priced at $0.33 per share for a five-year term and vest over three years. Restricted share units also vest over three years, while performance share units vest after one year based on quarterly board meeting attendance.

President and CEO Luke Alexander noted Collins' familiarity with Enchi and praised Karwowska's contributions.

“We are excited to welcome Ben to our team. His significant experience in study management, team leadership and technical project development positions him well to guide the next phase of our technical programs.”
