Newcore Gold Ltd. has intersected 2.59 grams per tonne gold over 69.0 metres from 58 metres, including 6.41 grams per tonne gold over 24.0 metres from 59 metres, in reverse circulation drilling at the Boin Gold Deposit within the Enchi Gold Project in Ghana.

The intercept from hole KBRC411 represents one of the widest and highest grade-thickness zones encountered to date at the Boin deposit. The latest drilling program focused on shallow mineralization within the central portion of the deposit, reaching a maximum vertical depth of 125 metres across seven reverse circulation holes totaling 960 metres.

Hole KBRC414, located 100 metres south of KBRC411, returned 0.83 grams per tonne gold over 32.0 metres from 70 metres, including 3.37 grams per tonne gold over 6.0 metres from 84 metres. Hole KBRC404 intersected 0.68 grams per tonne gold over 22.0 metres from 70 metres, including 1.64 grams per tonne gold over 7.0 metres from 72 metres. All seven completed holes encountered gold mineralization.

Newcore is currently advancing an 80,000-metre drill program at the Enchi Gold Project, targeting resource conversion, resource growth, and new discoveries. The company previously advanced exploration at the project with a 66,000-metre drill program initiated in May 2021.

“We are excited to continue to delineate Enchi’s higher-grade potential. This drilling includes one of our best intercepts encountered to date on the Project, as well as a wide zone of above reserve grade gold mineralization. This drilling continues to demonstrate the opportunity for future mine plan optimization and the potential to incorporate additional higher-grade mineralization into future studies. With the drill rigs turning at site, we look forward to continuing to unlock the value potential of our Enchi Gold Project in Ghana.”

The latest results are expected to be incorporated into future project economic studies to support mine plan optimization. The broader district has seen ongoing project updates, including an updated technical report for the Bibiani and Chirano gold mines released by Asante Gold Corporation in August 2026. Shares of Newcore are currently trading up 26.32% at $0.36 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
