Nexus Minerals Hits 3m at 18.75g/t Au in Final Wallbrook Drilling
Nexus Minerals Limited has completed its reverse circulation drilling program at the Wallbrook Gold Project in Western Australia, returning final high-grade assays including 3 metres at 18.75 g/t gold from 124 metres.
The final tranche covered 25 new reverse circulation holes totaling 4,508 metres across the Crusader and Clement prospects, bringing the company's completed program to 196 holes for 21,985 metres. Drilling at the Crusader portion of the Crusader-Templar Deposit identified a new high-grade mineralised structure situated immediately east of the main domain.
Additional high-grade results from Crusader included 3 metres at 8.09g/t gold from 194 metres, including a 1-metre sample at 15.44g/t gold, and 2 metres at 7.40g/t gold from 192 metres. Follow-up drilling at the Clement Prospect returned 6 metres at 8.24g/t gold, including 3 metres at 13.70g/t gold from 93 metres, helping resolve the orientation of higher-grade zones.
The newly discovered structure lies between the Crusader-Templar Deposit and the Clement Prospect, closing the gap between them and confirming a larger, interconnected mineralised system. Reflecting this structural continuity, Nexus Minerals will report the Clement Prospect as part of the Crusader-Templar Deposit going forward.
“This final tranche of results closes out an incredibly successful drilling program at Wallbrook. Our Crusader drill holes have confirmed a new, high-grade mineralised structure immediately east of the main Crusader domain.”

Prior to the upcoming update, the Wallbrook project's Mineral Resource Estimate was limited solely to the Crusader-Templar deposit. With drilling and assay reporting finished, the company has turned its attention toward delivering an updated multi-prospect Mineral Resource Estimate for Wallbrook, which is scheduled for completion before the end of the September quarter 2026.
