Nexus Uranium Corp. has arranged a non-brokered prospectus financing package to raise up to $1.75 million through the sale of units priced at $0.56 each.

The financing structure consists of up to 3,125,000 units, with each offering combining one common share and one purchase warrant. The attached warrants carry an exercise price of $0.70 per share and remain valid for 18 months following the completion of the offering. Subscription agreements will be established directly with accredited investors, and the company may also distribute finders' fees tied to the placement.

The proceeds are earmarked to advance the company's uranium property portfolio across South Dakota and Arizona, alongside supporting general working capital requirements and corporate purposes.

The offering remains subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of necessary regulatory approvals and listings from the Canadian Securities Exchange, with closing expected on or about September 24, 2026.

Nexus holds 100% ownership of its flagship Chord uranium project located in Fall River County, South Dakota, after closing that acquisition in January 2026. The company subsequently expanded its operational footprint in March 2026 by acquiring a 100% interest in the Arizona Strip Project, which covers 38 federal BLM lode mining claims across seven collapse breccia pipe targets in Mohave County, Arizona.

While portfolio advancement continues, regulatory processes remain active at Chord. The South Dakota Board of Minerals and Environment is scheduled to resume and conclude the contested case hearing concerning the project's uranium exploration permit application, designated as Application EXNI 453.

Regional activity within the wider district includes regulatory developments from nearby operators, such as when enCore Energy Corp. received a 20-year renewal of the Source Materials License for its Dewey Burdock In-Situ Recovery project within the surrounding district on June 30, 2026.
