NGEx Minerals Shuffles Board and Appoints New Director
NGEx Minerals Ltd. has restructured its board leadership, retiring founding Chair William Rand and appointing Adam Lundin as the new Board Chair.
Rand served as a director and Board Chair since 2019, following service with predecessor NGEx Resources Inc. The board conferred him the honorary status of Chair Emeritus and Special Advisor.
Peter J. O'Callaghan has been appointed Lead Director, while Douglas Moore joins the board as an independent director. Moore brings over 30 years of international mining experience and serves as General Manager of Lundin Gold's Fruta del Norte Mine.
NGEx owns a 100% interest in the Lunahuasi project in Argentina, and an approximate 69.1% interest in the Los Helados project in Chile. Lunahuasi holds environmental approval for an exploration adit.

“On behalf of the Lundin family, I would like to thank Bill for his many years of guidance and support, beginning with my grandfather, Adolf H. Lundin, and continuing through with my father, Lukas H. Lundin. Bill's experience and counsel have been invaluable to the foundation of the Lundin Group, and I look forward to continuing to advance our portfolio of assets with Bill serving as Chair Emeritus.”
“I would also like to extend a warm welcome to Doug as he joins the Board. Doug brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record of leadership with him from Lundin Gold, and I look forward to his contributions as a Director.”
