Nine Mile Metals Ltd. has returned certified assay results from drill hole DDH WD-26-09 at the Wedge Mine in New Brunswick’s Bathurst Mining Camp, intersecting a massive sulphide lens grading 3.49% copper equivalent over a true width of 24.55 metres.

The drill hole was collared in the southwest at the edge of the existing drill pattern and oriented at a steeper angle of 50 degrees below horizontal to a depth of 200 metres. Within the broader interval, assays identified a 16.50-metre section averaging 4.03% copper equivalent and a 6.50-metre zone returning 5.22% copper equivalent.

The core carried visible chalcopyrite and bornite, with multi-element analyses returning a silver zone averaging 31.72 grams per tonne over 21.75 metres, a gold zone yielding 0.67 grams per tonne over 20.20 metres, and zinc averaging 2.02% over 22.50 metres, including a peak interval of 11.40% zinc over 3.00 metres.

Copper equivalent grades were calculated using August 11, 2026, Bloomberg pricing of US$6.63/lb copper, US$0.84/lb lead, US$1.72/lb zinc, US$65.10/oz silver, and US$4,443.90/oz gold, with a uniform 95% metallurgical recovery assumed for all metals. All samples were prepared and assayed by ALS Global in Moncton.

Nine Mile Metals will incorporate the drill results into 3D modelling work directed toward an updated NI 43-101 technical report and a future mineral resource estimate.

Activity across the surrounding district also continues, with Thistle Resources reporting high-grade trenching results from its Brunswick project within the surrounding district in August 2026, returning up to 14.40% antimony and 7.59 oz/t silver.
