Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. is proceeding with the closing of its acquisition of the North Bradshaw Property in Northern Ontario after receiving formal approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The transaction transitions the project from a binding purchase agreement announced on August 4, 2026, to an active closing phase. Under the terms of the agreement, Noble is acquiring the property for total consideration of $73,000 in cash, payable in annual instalments over three years, alongside the issuance of 600,000 common shares. Looking ahead to ongoing financial obligations under the purchase terms, Noble is required to make a $15,000 cash payment on the first anniversary of the agreement on August 4, 2027.

“Considering the location of the North Bradshaw property close to the Gowest Bradshaw Gold Property (historically known as the Frankfield East Deposit), we are pleased to be proceeding with this purchase. The location of the North Bradshaw property within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, one of Canada’s premier Archean gold-producing districts, makes this an exciting project to be added to Noble’s already sizable portfolio.” — H. Vance White, CEO
