Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc. intersected high-grade silver and cobalt at the Castle East project near Gowganda, Ontario, led by wedge hole CS-26-140W1 returning 20,675.75 g/t silver with 1.16% cobalt over 0.30 metres.

The wedge hole encountered three separate silver-cobalt mineralized intervals across a 59.4-metre downhole span between 404.20 and 463.60 metres. The upper interval graded 4,683 g/t silver with 0.53% cobalt over 2.00 metres, including a subinterval of 20,675.75 g/t silver with 1.16% cobalt over 0.30 metres and another grading 6,159 g/t silver with 2.32% cobalt over 0.30 metres.

A lower interval returned 1,546 g/t silver over a 4.20-metre span, highlighted by 4,540 g/t silver with 0.24% cobalt over 0.90 metres and a 0.30-metre section grading 10,413.61 g/t silver with 0.72% cobalt. A middle interval yielded 1,560 g/t silver over 0.30 metres. The new intersections lie approximately nine metres from historical hole CS-21-92 and ten metres from hole CS-20-43. Laurentia Exploration logged three calcite-chlorite veins with native-silver stringers and millimetre-scale flakes in the lower corridor, with visible concentrations matching high-grade assay subintervals.

The results build on previous drilling at the Robinson Zone, which included hole CS-21-73W1 grading 2,848 g/t silver over 6.65 metres and hole CS-21-73W3 yielding 13,620.4 g/t silver over 0.6 metres.

Assays are being integrated into the expanded Castle East geological model to refine the interpretation of the Robinson and Big Silver structures. Nearby, Transition Metals Corp. expanded its Gowganda project to approximately 125 square kilometres following claim staking and acquisitions along the Ridout-Tyrrell Deformation Zone.

Nord expects to complete a mineral resource estimate for the Gowganda Silver Tailings Project within the next six months. Assay results for additional holes from the ongoing drilling program at Castle East will be reported as received and reviewed, with all work continuing subject to financing, permitting, and technical review.
