Nordique Critical Metals Inc. has filed its preliminary economic assessment technical report for the Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project on its SEDAR+ profile, following its August 12 submission to regulators.

Review of the technical report by the TSX Venture Exchange remains ongoing. Nordique intends to comply with all applicable securities laws and regulatory requirements if the exchange provides comments requiring updates, clarifications, or revisions to the report.

The technical report filing supports Nordique's ongoing acquisition of an option to earn an undivided interest of up to 80% in the Kwyjibo project. That acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction of several conditions, including approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

Nordique operates as a Canadian-based junior mining company specializing in the exploration and development of critical minerals. Formerly known as Consolidated Lithium Metals Inc., the company trades under the symbol NQC on the TSX Venture Exchange, Z36 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and JORFF on the OTCQB Venture Market.
