Nordique Critical Metals Inc. has submitted the preliminary economic assessment technical report and corresponding financial plan for the Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project to the TSX Venture Exchange, satisfying conditional approval closing requirements for its earn-in acquisition.

The regulatory submissions follow the company's filing of the technical report on SEDAR+. Nordique Critical Metals is currently awaiting feedback from the exchange on its filings before closing the transaction to acquire an option for an undivided interest of up to 80% in the asset.

Nordique is advancing the project under an agreement with SOQUEM Inc. initially secured in November 2025, which established a framework to acquire the interest through structured cash payments and share issuances over five years. The Kwyjibo property is located in Québec's Côte-Nord region.

The update follows a broader corporate transition in July 2026, when the company changed its name from Consolidated Lithium Metals Inc. to Nordique Critical Metals Inc. and relocated its corporate headquarters to Montréal, Québec, to align with its strategic focus on critical minerals.

Additionally, Nordique Critical Metals has granted 8,925,000 stock options to directors, officers, and consultants under its equity incentive plan. The options vest in equal quarterly installments over one year, are exercisable at $0.06 per option for a period of five years, and remain subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
