NordX Metals Corp. has commenced diamond core drilling at its 100%-owned Riutta uranium project in eastern Finland.

The program comprises 1,000 to 1,500 metres of drilling across three priority target areas: Ristimonttu, Unimonttu and Kolmosviuhka. NordX acquired the project in January 2026 through its acquisition of Swedish Minerals AB for approximately $3,600,500.

The 2026 campaign uses revised drilling azimuths based on a reinterpretation of historical data. Previous exploration at the site was largely oriented sub-parallel to key uranium-bearing structures or targeted the wrong areas.

Work will focus on testing the geometry and continuity of these structures. At Ristimonttu, NordX plans to complete 11 short holes to test down-dip and strike extensions of mineralization identified in historical hole AREVA DH1, which intersected 11.3 metres grading 0.68% U3O8 from 21.2 metres.

Drilling is expected to continue across the target areas as the company works to systematically evaluate the district-scale uranium potential of the property.
