North Shore Hits Uranium Mineralization Across All Phase 1 Drill Holes At Rio Puerco

North Shore Uranium Ltd. intersected significant uranium mineralization in all 13 rotary drill holes of its Phase 1 program at the Rio Puerco uranium project in northwestern New Mexico.

The campaign completed 13 holes totaling 9,274 feet, with all 21 resulting uranium intercepts occurring below the water table. Best intersections included hole RP-26-18-39, which returned 27.0 feet at 0.30% equivalent uranium, and hole RP-26-18-640, which yielded 12.5 feet at 0.33% equivalent uranium.

Grades were estimated using downhole gamma logging and have not yet been verified by chemical assays. The mineralization was identified within sandstone units that host 95% of the historical resource at Rio Puerco, which was previously explored by Kerr-McGee Mining Corporation in the 1960s and 1970s. Kerr-McGee previously initiated underground development at the site by installing a 260-metre vertical shaft before halting work in the early 1980s.

North Shore holds the right to acquire up to an 87.5% interest in the 83 Bureau of Land Management claims comprising the project under an agreement with Resurrection Mining LLC. The company noted that the combination of grade, thickness, and the position of all 21 intercepts below the water table provides favourable characteristics for evaluating in-situ recovery mining methods.

Activity across the Grants Uranium District includes completed drilling and sample delivery for advanced metallurgical testing by Premier American Uranium Inc. at the nearby Cebolleta project.

Following these initial results, North Shore intends to conduct a Phase 2 drilling program at the project in the fourth quarter of 2026 to further validate and evaluate the historical exploration dataset.
