Northern Discovery Metals Inc. is scheduled to mobilize exploration personnel to the Vent copper project on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, on September 10, 2026, to launch the first stage of its target-refinement field program.

The exploration-stage asset spans 1,561 hectares and is supported by an NI 43-101 technical report detailing previous soil sample results of up to 1,230 ppm copper and 209 ppm molybdenum.

Geomap Exploration Inc. has been engaged to coordinate the upcoming fieldwork, which will run for approximately three weeks. Operations will concentrate on the Vent-Ken and Sentinel Peak zones, utilizing geological mapping, prospecting, and targeted rock and soil sampling. The team will assess the geological setting of high-grade copper and molybdenum responses alongside magnetic and very-low-frequency electromagnetic datasets.

“The confirmed upcoming mobilization date moves the Vent program from planning into field execution,” said Jared Suchan, Chief Executive Officer of Northern Discovery. “The field team will test the priority copper and molybdenum responses against the geology on the ground so that we can rank the areas on a consistent technical basis and determine where further work is warranted.”

Data gathered during the program will be integrated into the existing geological model to rank priority targets. If coherent geological and geochemical evidence supports a specific target, Northern Discovery may evaluate focused ground geophysics to further delineate potential drill targets.
