NRED Identifies Stronger Untested IP Targets Beyond 1.67% Copper Trench Mineralization at Wilmac

NRED Intelligent Mining Inc. has released an integrated review combining three-dimensional induced-polarization data and historical trench sampling at the Wilmac Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia, identifying multiple untested geophysical anomalies west and southwest of surface mineralization.
The review indicates nine selective samples across three trenches averaged 0.639% copper, including individual values of 1.235% and 1.670% copper. These sit on the northeastern edge of a broader chargeability system rather than its strongest modeled responses.
Several stronger, untested induced-polarization targets are positioned 100 to 300 metres west and southwest, with additional anomalies extending further south. These targets are supported independently by potassium enrichment, resistivity, magnetic signatures, or copper-in-soil anomalies, providing specific anomalies to test whether surface mineralization marks the margin of a larger hydrothermal system.
NRED holds the 16,078-hectare Wilmac project under option within the Quesnel porphyry belt, situated about 10 kilometres west of Hudbay Minerals Inc.’s producing Copper Mountain Mine. The company compiles historical data using its proprietary MetalCore artificial-intelligence mineral exploration platform.
Priority targets include a resistive core near the trenches flanked by higher chargeability at depth, supported by airborne potassium enrichment and a 1,022-ppm copper-in-soil sample 160 metres west-southwest. Further west, target WM-P2 combines strong chargeability with potassium enrichment. Further southwest, target WM-P3 features intense near-surface chargeability, strong conductivity, potassium enrichment, and local magnetic depletion.
"The key result is simple: we found copper at surface, but the strongest geophysical responses are still untested," said Brian Goss, Chief Executive Officer of NRED Intelligent Mining Inc. "The trenches returned copper values up to 1.67%, yet they appear to sit on the edge of the broader IP system. West and southwest of the trenches, we see stronger targets, several supported by potassium alteration, resistivity and copper-in-soil anomalies. These are clear targets that warrant further testing."
To advance the project, NRED proposes a 350- to 400-metre drill hole to test the trench-area resistive zone and increasing chargeability beneath it. The company is advancing acquisition of a drill permit aimed at an initial program in the fall of 2026. Subject to financing, proposed follow-up work also includes geological mapping, ground electromagnetic and gravity surveys, trenching, shallow testing, and northern IP lines interrupted by winter conditions in 2025.
