NSJ Gold Expands Flow-Through Financing to $2.63M for Antimony 2.0 Exploration

NSJ Gold Corp. has increased its previously announced flow-through financing to up to 8,750,000 flow-through common shares priced at $0.30 per share, targeting gross proceeds of up to $2,625,000.
The net proceeds from the expanded offering will be directed entirely toward exploration and development activities on the Antimony 2.0 property located in New Brunswick, Canada. NSJ Gold Corp. secured an option to acquire a 100% interest in the 35-square-kilometre project area in July 2025.
To map the structural controls governing antimony distribution across the property, the company completed a 258 line-kilometre high-resolution aeromagnetic survey across Antimony 2.0. The geophysical work utilized a fixed-wing Cessna 208 aircraft equipped with Cesium Vapour magnetics and digital matrix VLF-EM equipment operated by Terraquest Ltd.
Market activity responded sharply following the financing and survey updates. Trading volume on the Canadian Securities Exchange reached 165,000 shares, sitting 550% above the 50-day average volume of 24,981 shares. The stock is currently trading at $0.55, representing a 20% increase during the session.
Activity across the wider New Brunswick jurisdiction also remains active. Elsewhere within the surrounding district, Antimony Resources Corp. reported drill results at the Bald Hill project, including an interval of 13.0% antimony over 0.65 metres within the Main Zone.
