NVRO Metals Announces Management and Board Transition

NVRO Metals Limited has announced a management and governance transition, moving to a CEO-led structure supported by a fully non-executive board.
As part of the changes, Executive Chair David Cam will conclude his executive responsibilities and will not stand for re-election. Chief Executive Officer Grant Freeman will stand for election to the board at the company's upcoming Annual General and Special Meeting on October 7, 2026.
Following his retirement, Mr. Cam will enter into a Founder’s Agreement to provide ongoing strategic advice. Paul McRae will transition from lead independent director to incoming chair.
Mr. McRae noted that the reorganization reflects the maturity of the business and the leadership capability established under the existing team.
“With Grant Freeman joining the Board and an established management team in place, NVRO is well positioned for the future. I believe that this is the right time for me to step away from executive and Board responsibilities and focus on my health and family. I am very proud of what we have achieved and excited about the opportunity ahead for NVRO. I am pleased to continue supporting the Company in an advisory capacity.”
— David Cam, Executive Chair
