Odyssey Gold Ltd has intersected 5m @ 16.1g/t Au from 30m, including 2m @ 36.7g/t Au, in reverse circulation drilling at the western side of the Cable deposit within the Tuckanarra Gold Project in Western Australia.

The assay results are from 18 holes covering 1,367 metres. The drilling program confirmed bedrock mineralisation beneath laterite at the Argos structure and identified a new high-grade mineralised structure in hole CBRC0451 positioned between Argos and the main Cable mineralisation.

Additional significant intercepts from the program include 9m @ 6.8g/t Au from 99m in hole CBRC0451, which featured individual 1m intervals grading 21.9g/t Au and 23.7g/t Au. Hole CBRC0440 returned 5m @ 6.7g/t Au from 18m, including 2m @ 14.3g/t Au, while hole CBRC0441 intersected 7m @ 2.6g/t Au from 42m.

The reported assays form part of Odyssey Gold’s recently completed 20,000-metre drilling program at Tuckanarra. The company previously completed a Stage 1 Scoping Study for the project outlining a 29-month mining operation targeting approximately 79,000 ounces of recovered gold from the Cable open pit.

As we step out west of Cable, we are identifying multiple parallel lodes not currently in the Mineral Resource Estimate. Argos is now substantially better defined and CBRC0451 has intersected a completely new high-grade structure.

We are still early in understanding the full scale of this western system. Our priority is to follow these lodes along strike and down dip so the additional mineralisation can be incorporated into Mineral Resources and mine planning. Numerous additional targets remain to be tested for shallow mineralisation west of Cable, over a target area approximately 3km long by 1km wide.

Assays for a further 60 holes from the drilling program are currently pending. Updated Mineral Resource Estimates for Tuckanarra deposits are underway to incorporate the recent drilling results, and Odyssey is considering the timing of the Stage 1 Feasibility Study to integrate the new data and follow-up step-out drilling into resource and mine planning work.
