Olympio Metals is proceeding with the acquisition of an 80% interest in the Jacknife High-Grade Silver Project in Idaho, USA, after successfully completing due diligence under a binding agreement.

The transaction gives Olympio control of a land package featuring 335 acres of patented mining claims. These patented claims cover approximately 80% of a 7-kilometre mineralised trend and include the historic Conjecture Mine, which features a foreign estimate of 632,081 tonnes grading 405 g/t silver for 8.22 million ounces of silver from surface to a depth of over 600 metres. The project area also holds a first right of refusal on the historical Lakeview Mill located two kilometres from the Conjecture Mine.

As part of the arrangement, private U.S. mineral exploration company Scout Discoveries Corp will become Olympio’s in-country technical and operational partner. Olympio will issue shares to Scout following the annual general meeting scheduled for August 31, 2026.

“We are very pleased to have successfully completed our due diligence and to be officially proceeding with the acquisition of the Jacknife Project in Idaho. Our technical review has thoroughly validated our view that Jacknife is an exceptional, high-grade asset that perfectly complements our Raven silver project.”

“A crucial component of this milestone is the strategic alliance we have formed with Scout Discoveries Corp. We welcome Scout not just as our in-country technical and operational partner, but also as a valued shareholder in Olympio. Their vision in consolidating these six historic mining areas, including the Conjecture Mine, gives us an incredible foundation in a district that has historically produced over 3.2 million ounces of silver at 12.7 oz/t.”

The Jacknife acquisition follows Olympio’s finalisation of the Raven Silver Project in Montana and the Sawtooth Antimony Project in Idaho in July 2026.
