ONGold Resources Ltd. will undertake a diamond drill program of up to 2,500 metres starting in November 2026 at the AZ Zone, a near-mine target at the Monument Bay project in Manitoba.

The AZ Zone sits approximately 500 metres southwest of the Twin Lakes camp and 800 metres south of the main Monument Bay Gold Deposit. That central deposit hosts open-pit-constrained Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources of 74.39 million tonnes at 0.84 g/t gold containing 2.0 million ounces, alongside an Inferred Mineral Resource of 24.46 million tonnes at 0.62 g/t gold containing 0.49 million ounces.

By comparison, the project's previous technical report referenced historical Measured and Indicated resources of 58.0 million tonnes at 1.24 g/t gold containing 2.3 million ounces.

The Monument Bay Gold Project is an advanced-stage exploration asset where previous operators and ONGold have completed over 233,000 metres of diamond drilling in more than 800 core holes along a 4.2-kilometre strike length. During 2025, ONGold carried out exploration at the property, completing strategic re-logging of 83 historical drill holes totaling 11,400 metres and ground induced polarization geophysical surveys.

The upcoming drilling program will evaluate priority induced polarization targets identified within the South Limb Deformation Zone, a parallel structure to the Twin Lakes Shear Zone.

The company is advancing drill-program design to evaluate these priority targets, supported by a $300k grant from the Manitoba government for project development, Indigenous engagement, and training.
