Ongwe Minerals Files Khorixas Gold Project Technical Report

Ongwe Minerals Inc. has voluntarily filed a technical report prepared under National Instrument 43-101 standards for the Khorixas Gold Project in Namibia.
The technical report, titled “NI 43-101 Technical Report, Khorixas Gold Project, Namibia”, carries an effective date of May 31, 2026, and a report date of June 30, 2026. It was prepared by The MSA Group (Pty) Ltd. and authored by Michael J. Robertson. Ongwe filed the document on SEDAR+ without connection to a material change or a short-form prospectus.
Earlier surface work at the Belmont prospect within Khorixas defined 18 individual targets based on 2,139 calcrete samples, 376 soil samples, and 22 rock-chip samples. The current technical report update details an expanded surface footprint of approximately 12 by 6 kilometres encompassing both the Belmont and K17 prospects.
Ongwe plans to test the Plains anomaly at the Belmont prospect using diamond drilling upon completion of bedrock sampling.
