Diamond Drilling At Kangaroo Hills Delivers 27m At 1.33% Li2O

Ore Resources Limited has returned diamond core drilling results from its 100%-owned Kangaroo Hills Lithium Project in Western Australia’s Goldfields region, highlighted by an intercept of 27m at 1.33% Li2O from 4m in hole KHDD018.

The July 2026 diamond drilling program comprised seven core holes totaling 640 meters. The program was designed to gather representative bulk mineralized HQ and PQ core samples for ore sorting, metallurgical, and geotechnical studies. All five targeted holes returned significant lithium intervals within the Big Red pegmatite system.

Hole KHDD018 included a high-grade internal interval of 5m at 2.01% Li2O from 11m. Other standout intercepts included 25m at 1.33% Li2O from 59m in KHDD013, 22m at 1.43% Li2O from 54m in KHDD015 including 11m at 1.70% Li2O from 62m, 29m at 1.06% Li2O from 80m in KHRC218D, and 22m at 1.31% Li2O from 89m in KHDD014. Two additional holes, KHDD016 and KHDD017, were drilled for stratigraphic and geotechnical purposes.

To support an advancing technical study, Ore completed an assessment of potential iron oxide contamination from laboratory sample preparation. Duplicate analyses confirmed the low intrinsic iron content of the Big Red mineralization, validating historical assay results and reinforcing expected product quality for downstream processing.

The company has previously established a mineralized footprint for the Big Red pegmatite system extending over 600 meters from outcrop through earlier drilling phases.

Ore expects to complete a Direct Shipping of Ore Study and declare an initial Mineral Resource Estimate for Kangaroo Hills in the coming weeks. Managing Director and CEO Nick Rathjen noted that these milestones will provide an important foundation for evaluating the project's development potential. The company also anticipates receiving assay results from a 3,000m reverse circulation drilling program targeting Kangaroo Hills and the Miriam Lithium Project in September 2026.
