Ore Resources Hits 4m at 4.29 g/t Au in Regional Air Core Drilling at Coolgardie Gold Projects
Ore Resources has received assay results from 290 regional air core drill holes testing high-priority prospects at the Miriam and Burbanks East projects, part of its 100%-owned Coolgardie Gold Projects in Western Australia’s Goldfields region.
The drilling programme returned shallow regolith gold intercepts, highlighted by an intersection of 4m at 4.29 g/t Au from 44m in hole BEAC115 at Burbanks East. At the Burbanks Monarch prospect within Miriam, first-pass air core drilling returned 8m at 1.90 g/t Au from 20m in hole MGAC039 and 4m at 2.70 g/t Au from 40m in hole MGAC043. MGAC039 successfully confirms historical mineralised intercepts at Burbanks Monarch, where previous drilling included 5m at 1.95 g/t Au from 25m and 10m at 0.90 g/t Au from 30m.

The results reinforce the 6.2km-long Miriam Shear Zone as a fertile gold system. At the Forrest prospect, hole MGAC092 intersected 12m at 0.92 g/t Au from 24m approximately 250m south of the currently defined mineralised system, indicating potential for southern strike extensions and high-grade fresh rock potential.
“At Miriam, regional AC drilling has confirmed significant gold potential at key prospects within the Miriam shear zone. These results further validate the 6.2km-long Miriam Shear as a fertile gold system with considerable discovery upside waiting to be unlocked.”
“In parallel with our gold exploration activities, we continue to build momentum at the Coolgardie Lithium Projects. The current 3,000m RC drilling programme is progressing steadily at Kangaroo Hills, targeting further extensions to the Big Red and Potoroo pegmatite systems. This programme will also deliver the first systematic drill testing of the Miriam Lithium Project 1.7km north of Kangaroo Hills. With assay results expected from late August 2026, we look forward to gaining further insights into the scale and growth potential of these emerging pegmatite systems.”

In addition to gold exploration at Miriam, Ore Resources is concurrently advancing a 3,000m reverse circulation drilling programme at its Coolgardie Lithium Projects.
The company reported A$6.8 million in cash and zero debt as of 30 June 2026. Further gold-focused drilling is planned for Q4 2026, including infill and extension work at Forrest, follow-up testing at Miriam regional prospects, and first-pass air core drilling at the Avoca Project.
