Orezone Intersects 2.97 g/t Gold Over 34 Metres in Bomboré Drilling
Orezone Gold Corporation has intersected 2.97 g/t gold over 34.0 metres in hole BBD1393 at the North zone of its Bomboré Gold Mine, forming part of a broader set of assay results from multiple zones across the 14-kilometre-long reserve-defined gold system.
The latest campaign also returned high-grade intervals including 223.25 g/t over 1.0 metre in hole BBD1437 at the Siga zone, 4.00 g/t over 11.3 metres in hole BBD1409 at the P17 trend, and 8.34 g/t over 6.0 metres in hole BBD1418 at the P16 target.

Follow-up drilling at P16 successfully confirmed a 600-metre strike extension located to the northeast of the established P16 resource. The emerging trend sits beneath roughly eight metres of Tertiary cover that previously masked the underlying mineralization due to a lack of surficial geochemical anomalies.
Orezone has budgeted approximately 65,000 metres of drilling for Bomboré in 2026, allocating 45,000 metres specifically to resource definition work. The program follows earlier step-out drilling designed to trace mineralization below current life-of-mine resource pits.
“Step-out drilling continues to highlight significant exploration upside along strike, demonstrated by follow- up drilling at P16, that confirmed the zone's 600 metre strike extension and its overall sub-parallel orientation to the P17 high-grade trend. As with P17, the emerging P16 trend hosts notably higher-grade zones within a broader envelope of lower grade mineralization. Ongoing structural studies and future exploration drilling will focus on refining the controls and continuity of these higher-grade zones, which are potentially amenable to underground mining and could significantly enhance the production profile.”

Orezone expects to release an updated Mineral Resource and Reserve estimate for Bomboré in the first quarter of 2027. The updated estimate will incorporate approximately 100,000 metres of additional drilling completed since the previous model alongside adjusted cut-off grades reflecting current operating costs and higher gold prices.
