Orpheus Uranium Limited has executed a formal sale agreement with Adavale Resources Limited to acquire up to seven exploration licences covering approximately 2,513 square kilometres, significantly expanding its Marree Uranium Project in South Australia.

The formal agreement follows a binding agreement announced on 11 June 2026. While the transaction remains subject to conditions precedent—including the assignment of two Native Title Mining Agreements and regulatory tenement transfers—Orpheus or a wholly owned subsidiary will assume interim operatorship of the licences.

This interim access enables the company to undertake permitted exploration work ahead of completion to advance the tenements to a drill-ready position, allowing drilling activities to commence as soon as practicable following necessary approvals.

Adding to its regional consolidation efforts, Trachre Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Orpheus, staked a new claim near the project on 10 August 2026. Orpheus continues to assess opportunities to expand and rationalise tenure within the broader project area.
