Pacific Booker Engages Tetra Tech for Morrison Pre-Feasibility Study and Resource Update

Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. has engaged Tetra Tech Canada Inc. to deliver a formal Pre-Feasibility Study and updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the Morrison Copper-Gold Project in central British Columbia, upgrading the consultant's previous scope from a high-level historical data review initiated in May 2026.
The new study will be prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 standards and is set to incorporate open pit mine planning, Mineral Reserve estimation if supported, metallurgical and process engineering, infrastructure design, tailings and water management, environmental review, and financial analysis. Tetra Tech's multidisciplinary study team includes GeoSim Services for resource estimation, Snowden Optiro for mine planning and reserves, BGC Engineering for site-wide water management, and Klohn Crippen Berger for tailings and geotechnical engineering.
Several members of Tetra Tech's project team previously completed the Morrison Project Feasibility Study in 2009 through Wardrop Engineering Inc., giving the current team prior familiarity with the deposit and its engineering design.
The expanded technical program follows the closing of a $4 million private placement in July 2026 to fund the updated resource estimate and Pre-Feasibility Study. In addition, the company raised approximately $2.07 million since May 1, 2026, through stock options exercised by directors, officers, and consultants, with the proceeds applied to repay an outstanding director loan and other payables, and the balance retained for general working capital.
Pacific Booker expects to complete the updated Mineral Resource Estimate in approximately one month, followed by the Pre-Feasibility Study in the first quarter of 2027.
“The engagement of Tetra Tech represents another important step in the advancement of the Morrison Project. Tetra Tech's prior familiarity with Morrison Project, together with the expertise of the broader consultant team, will assist the Company in completing an updated technical and economic assessment of the Morrison Project. The PFS is expected to incorporate current engineering practices, cost estimates and economic assumptions and will assist the Company in evaluating the potential future development of the Project.”
