Pacific Ridge Starts 2,500-Metre Drill Program at Kliyul Copper-Gold Project

Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. has started a 2,500-metre drill program at its 100% owned Kliyul copper-gold project in British Columbia, focusing on the maiden drill testing of the high-priority M39 target area.
M39 is the project's highest priority target and has never been drilled before. The target area is associated with a one-kilometre-long copper and gold soil anomaly, monzonite dykes, magnetite skarn, sodic alteration, chalcopyrite mineralized quartz veins, and two circular magnetic anomalies. An additional induced polarization geophysics survey was completed at M39 prior to drilling.
"M39 is the highest priority target at Kliyul and has never been drilled before," said Blaine Monaghan, President & CEO of Pacific Ridge. "Porphyry deposits frequently occur in clusters. They rarely exist in complete isolation. In addition to KMZ, it is our hopes that we can make another deposit discovery at Kliyul."
While the 2026 drill program focuses on M39, Kliyul's main focus to date has been the Kliyul Main Zone, which hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource of 334.1 million tonnes grading 0.33% copper equivalent, containing 2.42 billion pounds of copper equivalent, or 386 million tonnes grading 0.459 g/t gold equivalent containing 5.7 million ounces of gold equivalent. Pacific Ridge expects to complete the 2,500-metre drill program at M39 and report subsequent assay results.
The Kliyul project spans over 90 square kilometres in the Quesnel terrane and is located approximately eight kilometres from the Omineca resource road and a high-voltage power line. Pacific Ridge is also running a concurrent 3,000-metre drill program at its 100% owned RDP copper-gold project, located approximately 40 kilometres west of Kliyul.
