Pacifica Silver Appoints Israel Munoz CFO and Elects Karenn Ramirez

Pacifica Silver Corp. held its annual general meeting in Vancouver, where shareholders representing 35,718,136 common shares—45.78% of the stock—approved all resolutions, including the re-election of a five-member board.
Following the meeting, Alan Tam stepped down as CFO and a director. The board appointed Israel Munoz as Chief Financial Officer and Karenn Ramirez as a director, effective September 15, 2026. Pacifica granted 150,000 incentive stock options to Munoz and 100,000 to Ramirez. The options are exercisable at $1.12 per share for a five-year term and vest over 24 months, subject to regulatory approvals.
Munoz brings 26 years of financial management and public-company experience across silver, gold, zinc and lead operations in the Americas. Ramirez contributes two decades of finance leadership in global mining and energy, including senior roles at major resource houses and Audit Committee oversight across Canadian, Australian and U.S. listings.
The company’s flagship asset is the Claudia Silver-Gold Project in Durango, Mexico. Pacifica is advancing its Phase II diamond drilling program at Claudia to 30,000 metres through the end of 2026.
“Israel brings the public-company finance, compliance and governance experience we need as we advance Claudia and grow as a listed company operating in Mexico. Karenn will strengthen independent financial and strategic oversight at the Board level as we scale. On behalf of the Board, I also thank Alan for helping take Pacifica Silver through the Claudia acquisition and the build-out of our public-company platform, and we wish him every success ahead.”
— Todd Anthony, Chief Executive Officer
