Paladin Energy reported sales revenue of US$304.3M for the 2026 financial year, marking a 71% increase from US$177.7M in FY2025 following the successful completion of the ramp-up at the Langer Heinrich Mine in Namibia.

Paladin holds a 75% ownership interest in the operation, which produced 4.82Mlb of U3O8 for FY2026 at the upper end of its guidance range. Production was supported by an average realised price of US$70.0/lb from 4.35Mlb of U3O8 sold during the period, compared with an average realised price of US$65.7/lb on 2.71Mlb sold in the previous financial year.

Operating efficiencies brought the cost of production to US$43.3/lb for FY2026, sitting at the lower end of the company's guidance range and up from US$40.2/lb in FY2025. Cost of sales rose 30% to US$250.0M, reflecting the higher sales volumes achieved across the twelve months.

The expanded output and revenue growth lifted gross profit to US$52.2M, rebounding from a gross loss of US$26.1M in FY2025. Net loss after tax narrowed to US$9.1M from a loss of US$76.5M. The bottom-line result was partially offset by an US$8.6M increase in general administration costs linked to business scale and a US$6.1M impairment of exploration assets, predominantly driven by the rationalisation of Michelin Project tenements.

Paladin finished the year with US$265.0M in total unrestricted cash and short-term investments, comprising US$151.9M in cash and cash equivalents and US$113.0M in short-term investments. The company held an outstanding balance of US$32M on its term loan facility and maintained an undrawn US$70M revolving credit facility at 30 June 2026.

Looking to the next operational period, the Langer Heinrich Mine has FY2027 production guidance set between 5.1Mlb and 5.6Mlb of U3O8. The company also scheduled an investor day event in Sydney for 2 September 2026.
